Project Management
An automotive client from the sales domain commissioned the setup and execution of project management for the introduction of a new system for order management processing.

The system was designed to cover the entire ODM process, from dealer order placement through to invoicing.
In addition to project setup, planning, and overall project control, support was provided across requirements management, change management, and test management throughout the implementation phase. Process Management
To improve the quality of technical development for an internationally operating automotive client in the product development domain, defect analysis and defect resolution processes were optimized and automated.

A dedicated platform was established to analyze reports from technical testing and compare them with previously known issues. Earlier identification and resolution of defects increased transparency and improved the efficient use of limited resources, such as test benches.
In addition to providing methodological and functional support during development, operational requirements management was also carried out. As a result, the introduction of the new platform was supported end‑to‑end, from the initial concept phase through to the completion of the software solution.
