Data Deletion
Data processed by us will be deleted or restricted in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 GDPR. Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, stored data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no legal retention obligations prevent deletion. If data is not deleted because it is required for other legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax reasons (AO, HGB).
Contacting Us
When contacting us (e.g., via contact form, email, phone, or social media), the user’s information is processed to handle the inquiry in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We delete inquiries when they are no longer necessary. We review necessity monthly. Legal archiving obligations for emails also apply.
If You Contact Us via Web Form
Personal data processed using our Microsoft 365 products may be processed in various Microsoft data centers in Europe and worldwide. Data processing is based on EU standard contractual clauses under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties. Your inquiry will be deleted when it is clear that no legal transaction will result from it.
